Holding a degree in Political communication and society and a Master’s in Environmental sciences, Hélène specialized during her doctoral studies in regional development and political sciences. Her main interests are public policies analyses relating to infrastructure development, concertation and consultation processes and the coordination of citizen’s needs to public planning. She has gained professional experiences working with the provincial and federal government, as well as working as a carpenter with a general contractor and she is passionate by topics linked to perinatal care.
