Within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ville de Montréal support network for businesses continues to act as the reference for Montréal SMEs. Since March 2020, PME MTL has been administering programs and the granting of financial assistance deployed by the various levels of government.
We would like to remind you that, regardless of the phase of your business project, you can always count on the support of PME MTL. In this section, you will find the emergency measures administered by the PME MTL network for the Montréal territory.
Emergency Assistance for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses
The Québec government’s Emergency Assistance for SMEs will support eligible companies experiencing financial difficulties as a result of the COVID-19 crisis and who require working capital of less than $50,000.

- Loans, up to a maximum of $50,000, at an interest rate of 3%

The City of Montréal is preoccupied by the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on its businesses. Therefore, a series of tools and economic measures have been put in place to support the community.
