She has worked for several years as a quality systems and continuous improvement manager in the manufacturing industry.
As an ISO 9001 auditor, she has been able to evaluate a significant number of companies in various fields and has played a key role in the implementation of several digital management tools and integrated systems.
Passionate about new technologies in operations, she has worked as a digital operations management consultant to help Quebec SMEs make the digital shift. Her expertise in the industrial sector allows her to effectively analyze companies' needs and better understand their growth challenges.
