Alexandre Caron

Alexandre holds a degree in mechanical engineering (PolyMTL) and a master's degree in aeronautical structure optimisation (HAW Hamburg). He worked for over eight years in the German aeronautics sector. Returning to Quebec in 2014, he decided to start his own business and founded Kuisto, better known as Cook It. In 2020, he created Arta Bona, a company specialising in plant-based proteins, which was quickly acquired by GUSTA Foods in 2022. Drawing on his business experience, he supported and mentored several Montreal start-ups before joining the eLog team at PME MTL.

Working at PME MTL allows me to make a significant and concrete contribution to the growth of the e-commerce sector, but also to influence the consulting service's approach so that it is adapted to the reality of entrepreneurs.
