Description

After graduating from UQAM in the early 1990s, Carole joined one of the first ever business incubators, located in a devitalized neighbourhood in Montréal.

She has acquired a great deal of experience in the community and social economy sector, and has overseen the implementation of a variety of projects: local movie theatre, cultural bistro, cultural creativity centre, youth centre and even a health coop. Carole has been a member of the Boards of Directors of numerous organizations, which has given her an intimate understanding of the inner workings of democratic governance. Her expertise in financing tools, budget management and team coaching enable her to provide social economy groups with multifaceted support.
