Description
Jason is a member of the Ordre des urbanistes (urban planners), and has over 20 years’ experience in social economy development and support, in a wide variety of areas including urban agriculture, community housing and retail.
He combines theory and practice, teaching courses on the social economy at Concordia University part time.
For five years, he co-ordinated an action-research project at McGill University aimed at better integrating the MUHC in the neighbourhoods around it, in economic and social terms.
Our Centre serves 41% of all social economy enterprises on the Island of Montréal. It’s a tremendous concentration of innovation and community value creation!
