An engineer by training, Omar holds two master’s degrees in business administration and strategic negotiations. With over two decades of local and international experience, he has held various roles in consulting, marketing and project management within renowned telecommunications operators and consulting firms.

Omar co-founded a technology start-up, which gave him an immersive dive into Montreal’s innovation ecosystem. Convinced of the importance of fostering collaboration between young innovative companies and large companies, he aspires to facilitate synergies between digital innovation players.
