How does it work?

PME MTL and Emploi Québec are making a free digital support service available to SMBs in Montréal. Digital technologies experts will be on hand to offer immediate assistance to respond to questions and instructional needs for businesses looking to optimize existing digital tools or implement new ones.

More specifically, the experts can help you with the following items: 

• Coaching on how to use the various digital technologies and tools (calendar, e-mail, chat, videoconferencing, cloud storage, etc.)
• Help with teleworking (configuration, implementation, technical assistance, etc.)
• Finding digital solutions
• Answers to basic questions about e-commerce platforms

You can also get expert assistance on more advanced items (second line service) such as:

• Understanding source problems with an application or remote access
• Finding local suppliers
• Evaluation of a digital solution before deployment
• Urgent specifications drafting
• Consulting for the choice of a B2B and B2C platform.

We suggest that you precisely determine your needs before starting a conversation with one of the experts. 

2. Chat with digital technologies experts

The service is offered through a chat system accessible only on this page from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The service is offered on a temporary basis from June 22 to August 22, 2020.
