A business in full expansion, these funds will help to hire new production and sales personnel, to purchase and implement a new inventory, management and customer service software. It will also be used to improve the functionality of their website.

PME MTL Ouest-de-l'Île has awarded a loan of $40,000 from the PME MTL fund and the Fonds local de solidarité Montréal (FLS Montréal), to 100% ENV, a company situated in Lachine.

Established in November 2002, 100% ENV specializes in the recycling of post-industrial plastic and end-of-life electronics.

Their range of services offered include:

  • ECO-Express- consists of the collection and disposal of reusable, recyclable, and even non-recyclable materials
  • Eco Centre Management – personalized management of permanent and mobile eco centres
  • E-waste recycling – manually-or mechanically-recovered recyclable items such as glass, plastic and metal which can then be transformed into new products.

Le Trois-mâts receives a grant of $35,000 from the Fonds de développement de l’économie sociale (FDÉS) and $30,000 from the Renouveau Notre-Dame Program.

Le Trois-mâts, a Solidarity Cooperative, is an organization that operates a coffee-grocery shop adapted for families. 

Families can drop by for a coffee break and taste healthy snacks, attend workshops or conferences, as well buy their eco-responsible food and home products in a family, warm and sharing environment where each customer, whether big or small, is important.

Le Trois-mâts offers several living areas: Café Area, Grocery Area, Kids Area and an Exchange Area.

PME MTL Ouest-de-l'Île has awarded a loan of $225,000 from the PME MTL fund and the Fonds local de solidarité Montréal (FLS Montréal), to M3 Touch Inc., a business situated in Dorval.

In business since 2009, M3 Touch is a manufacturer of comprehensive hardware and software platforms for portable devices and content management. The platforms allow administrators to fully control the process of physically managing, distributing, charging, and monitoring an organization’s portable device inventory. The company focuses on the Aviation, 4.0 manufacturing and military markets. Air Canada, US Navy, Thales, Air Transat and Norwegian air are amongst their numerous suppliers.

PME MTL Ouest-de-l'Île has participated in some of M3 Touch’s important projects. The first being the initial commercial development in Europe that enabled to obtain their first European client, Thales.

The latest financial support helped them in the financing of a purchase order from ATS in the United States when their EFs didn’t permit a traditional financing.

Centre Kizmet - $50, 000

The Kizmet Centre has received a grant of $50,000 from the Fonds de développement de l’économie sociale (FDÉS), that will be an extension of WIAIH’s existing preschool in Sainte-Geneviève. 

A non-profit organization, the Kizmet Centre will provide the space needed to encourage healthy child development and positive parenting practices to all families with young children in Sainte-Geneviève, Pierrefonds West and the surrounding communities. A place that will offer core programs to all families with young children, eg. Parent-child Drop-in, Family Support, Play-based Early Learning, and Reading Readiness.

The new facilities will include a motor skills room, play rooms, a multipurpose room, meeting areas, a community kitchen and administrative offices.
