With two master’s degrees in urban planning, Amin brings extensive experience in land development, having worked in both the public and private sectors in the Île-de-France region.

Before joining PME MTL Ouest-de-l’Île, he led the coordination of the Lachine-Est Workshop in partnership with the Lachine Social Development Table. Through a collaborative urban planning approach, this initiative helped generate tangible, community-driven solutions to the challenges of gentrification.
