Description

Shant holds an MBA in finance and marketing and a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering, both from McGill University. After several years as a commercial lender at a major financial institution, he went on to assume different executive positions in both private sector firms as well as in the non-profit sector.  He has over 15 years experience in the social economy sector, both in managing and coaching. His firsthand experience in starting his own business gives him the insight in dealing with the realities entrepreneurs face in their organizations.
