A jurist by training and holder of a Master’s degree in Public Law and Business Law, Sandrine has been involved for more than 15 years in the city’s economic and social development. As a strategic consultant, she has for the past 10 years helped private and social entrepreneurs in the area develop and carry out collaborative structuring projects. She shares with entrepreneurs her knowledge of the issues and her expertise in project positioning, development and management.
