Description
Alexandre holds a degree in mechanical engineering (PolyMTL) and a Master's degree in aeronautical structure optimization (HAW Hamburg). He worked for more than eight years in the German aeronautical sector. After returning to Quebec in 2014, he decided to go into business and founded Kuisto, better known as Cook It. In 2020, he created Arta Bona, specializing in vegetable proteins, which was quickly acquired by GUSTA Foods in 2022. Drawing on his business experience, he guided and supported many Montréal start-ups before joining the eLog team at PME MTL.
