Meet Montreal's farmers and their products at a B2B event at La Centrale Agricole, the first place of business devoted entirely to Montreal's urban agriculture. Held during the theme week of Fermes en Ville, the Récoltes de Ville agricultural fair brings together Montreal farms and professional buyers.
Who's it for?
Restaurateurs, chefs, delicatessens, HRIs and caterers, institutional buyers, retailers.
Why participate?
- Discover the diversity of Montreal's harvests: booths from numerous urban farms (market gardening, myciculture, aquaponics, microgreens, etc.).
- Exclusive products: taste fresh produce and products processed on our urban territory.
- Networking and targeted appointments: facilitate appointments to initiate purchasing or co-development agreements.
- Panel discussion on ultra-short local sourcing with Bernard Lavallée and presented by Aliments du Québec. On the menu: short-circuit trends, tools for urban logistics, and success stories.
