Hugo holds a bachelor's degree in management and commerce obtained in France and a master's degree in management and sustainable development from HEC Montreal. He has more than five years of experience in hospitality and catering. In fact, it is the amount of waste generated in this sector that has sensitized him and led him to specialize in waste management and circular economy.
His various professional experiences, particularly in the organic food industry, have allowed him to develop skills in project management and operations as well as expertise in customer relations and team work. He has notably participated in the production of urban compost from urban agriculture waste for community gardens in Montreal.
Hugo has collaborated in the industrial and commercial sectors, as well as in social and non-profit missions, which now allows him to adapt to the diverse sustainable development issues facing companies.
My role is to help organizations meet their environmental challenges and support them with innovative, sustainable solutions that are applicable to their reality.
