Nawel Dridi

Nawel holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a master's degree in Textile Engineering. She is also an Engineer-in-Training with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

For several years, she worked in the manufacturing sector as a Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement Manager. As an ISO 9001 auditor, she evaluated a wide range of organizations across diverse industries and played a key role in implementing digital management tools and integrated business systems.

Passionate about using technology to improve business operations, Nawel later served as a Digital Operations Management Advisor, helping Quebec SMEs navigate their digital transformation. She has guided businesses through the implementation of enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, and MES systems, enabling them to modernize their operations and prepare for sustainable growth.

Her extensive hands-on experience in the industrial sector allows her to quickly assess an organization's needs, understand its operational challenges, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
