Josée-Anne holds a Bachelor degree in Urban Planning from UdeM and a Master’s degree in Development Project Management. She has been working in the field of economic development for more than 13 years, notably including a revitalization project and for a Centre local de développment (CLD – Regional development centre) in the Montérégie region. Thanks to this experience, she is able to determine the proper course for supporting the development of commercial businesses, arteries and sectors. Josée-Anne is attentive to the needs of merchants, and is constantly seeking the ideal solutions, references and tools to support them in their development.
