RETAIL | CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

Dorval Holiday Market

In conjunction with the Dorval Holiday Market, PME MTL Ouest-de-l’Île is supporting entrepreneurship by dedicating an entire weekend to young entrepreneurs. This event, which will benefit West Island Community Shares, is intended to encourage the purchase of local products and community togetherness.

BUSINESS CREATION | CONTEST

Collégial en affaires

This contest is intended to awaken a spirit of entrepreneurship among university students. Since 2016, nearly 1,000 students have learned about the finer points of entrepreneurship, and more than 50 projects have been launched.

RETAIL | CALL FOR PROJECTS

Fonds Entrepreneuriat commercial (FEC)

With grants of up to $25,000, the retail entrepreneurship fund (FEC) is intended to support innovative retail start-ups and existing businesses that wish to diversify their retail offer.

Deadlines: June 30, August 31 and December 2, 2022.

Social Economy Fund (FDES)

With subsidies of up to $50,000, PME MTL Ouest-de-l'Île’s FDÉS (Fonds de développement de l'économie sociale) supports businesses with projects aimed at reviving the social economy of the West Island.

Deadlines: July 1st, 2022 and March 31st, 2023

Retail diversity support program for the Sud-Ouest Borough

A grant of $10,000 to establish a retail business in the Sud-Ouest territory.

RETAIL | CONTEST

Entrepreneurial Contests in Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce

PME MTL Centre-Ville, in collaboration with the Borough of Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, is launching the very first edition of its Entrepreneurial Contests, Entreprendre Queen-Mary and Entreprendre Rue Sherbrooke Ouest. These Contests are part of the dynamization of Rue Sherbrooke Ouest and Chemin Queen Mary and are intended to encourage the establishment of new retail businesses and the diversification of the commercial offer for existing businesses.
