In a changing environment, we continued our commitment by adapting our services, supporting business growth, and contributing to the vitality of downtown. This year reflects both our ability to adapt and the tangible impact of our actions.

Our ability to adapt is reflected in concrete investments, with $8.12M authorized and $7M disbursed, generating lasting benefits for business growth and the entrepreneurial vitality of downtown.

In 2025, PME MTL Centre-Ville authorized $8,121,500 and disbursed $6,989,175 through its various funds. The amounts granted to businesses helped generate nearly $15,310,758 in investments. The breakdown of disbursed amounts by fund is presented below.

Ax.c: At the Heart of Innovation

In June 2025, PME MTL Centre-Ville opened a new chapter in its history by inaugurating a satellite office at Ax.c, located at 800 Square-Victoria Street. This presence, complementary to its main office on Sherbrooke West Street, reflects its commitment to staying close to entrepreneurs and the ecosystems shaping Montréal’s economic future.
