Javier holds a BA in Economics from UC3M and an MBA from HEC Montréal. His career in business support began as a director of small and medium-sized enterprises in the financial sector. Always interested in economic and community development, he decided to put his expertise to work in a youth employability organization, where he set up a coaching program for young entrepreneurs. He spent the last 2 years contributing to the growth of social economy enterprises as a consultant in a workers' cooperative. There, he helped companies and organizations with their business models and development strategies, as well as writing and submitting projects and grant applications.
