Description
Daphne has 15 years experience in sustainable development and economic and industrial development. She joined the team at PME MTL Grand Sud-Ouest as Industrial and Sustainable Development Commissioner, in which role she helped many businesses get established and grow. Promoted Director of Industrial and Sustainable Development in 2022, she coordinates the team’s activities to support businesses in the field and pilots various local economic and sustainable development projects.
Her career path has enabled her to accumulate experience in a variety of industrial sectors including cleantech, green chemistry and food manufacturing. She also brings to the role an experience in territorial development and promotion, acquired through her studies in Urban Planning and her experience in public affairs at the Chambre de commerce de l’Est de Montréal.
Daphne holds a diploma in environment from McGill University, a Masters degree in Urban Planning from the université de Montréal and a certificate in project management from UQAM.
