John Burrascano

John brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate, specializing in business development, investment, construction, and property development. Before joining PME MTL in 2005 as an Industrial and Commercial Real Estate Commissioner, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Proforma Construction Montréal from 2000 to 2005.

Over the years, John has helped attract and establish numerous businesses in Montreal's West Island and across the Greater Montreal area. He holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from McGill University, as well as a Certificate in Business Management Practices from Concordia University.

I leverage my expertise in the commercial real estate market to help businesses identify the right location and successfully navigate every stage of the site selection process.
