Mentorship for entrepreneurs

Mentorship program offered by Réseau Mentorat

Réseau Mentorat partners with PME MTL to offer mentorship services for Montréal entrepreneurs, pairing business veterans (mentors) with entrepreneurs (mentorees). The coaching the entrepreneurs receive helps them develop entrepreneurial attitudes and skills.

The relationship between mentors and mentorees, based on free choice, mutual trust and confidentiality, creates a space where they can step back for a moment and see things more clearly, a chance to talk frankly and exchange business experiences.

The service is intended primarily for entrepreneurs in these sectors:

• Health technology
• Information technology
• Food processing
• Retail
• Manufacturing design

Réseau M also offers a mentorship cell tailored to entrepreneurs involved in co-operatives or associative ventures. This coaching is suited to the circumstances of community entrepreneurs who share control in their enterprise, given its structure.
